Sparkling and Semi-Sparkling Moscato

Sparkling Moscato, or Moscato D’Asti is mainly produced in the province of Asti in Northern Italy. Its sweet, bubbly with fragrance that makes it a great aperitif or palate cleanser after meals. The still version is less common, but retains the fragrant and fruit-driven qualities of its sparkling relative. It’s commonly made from Muscat Blanc or the Zibbo grape and is considered a white wine.
